I respect my Aussie friends a great deal - I lived in Adelaide as a small child, and went to my first school, made my first friends there - but their Government has proven to be anything but sovereign. As the US was once the colony of Britain, so is Australia now a de-facto colony of the United States. Australia did this while imposing sanctions against 147 Russians, contrary to its core interests, but following Washington's will.
Meanwhile yesterday, when the "Free World" which we now know to be the US, UK, and Canada walked out of the G20 meeting over Ukraine, they showed exactly how futile their machinations are. This entire narrative of an "unprovoked invasion" is falling apart faster than a sand-castle in a hurricane, and not having the votes ( 3 to 17 is pretty lonely, I would say ) to eject Russia from their midst, they are resorting to their usual tantrums, symbolism and hysteria.
In the East, BoJo - the british clown, Boris Johnson - met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi just a few hours ago, resulting in more sloganeering like "Keeping the Indo-Pacific free from autocratic threats", I cannot find a single material result to this meeting other than.. Well, tweets. Meanwhile Israel - the poisonous goodbye gift the British left in the heart of Arabia - for the first time in its History has added Chinese Renminbi to its reserves, while cutting its US Dollar - continuing to dive against the ruble, at the time of writing trading at 75! - holdings in the biggest currency reshuffle in a decade. After Saudi Arabia, and India another historic staunch US ally switches sides. Just try to imagine the absolute panic in Washington today.
They are instead engaged in "predictions", like on the part of the International Monetary Fund ( IMF ) today, reading their tea leaves and predicting that Russia will fall from the top 6 economies of the World by 2024, and be replaced by Indonesia. They are now dr*gged up teens pretending to be the Oracle of Delphi. Meanwhile Russia is only strengthening, and absolutely decimating the Ukrainian armed forces, including 1,285 high-precision Kalibr missile strikes on Military targets overnight. This comes one day after they demonstrated their new non interceptable Intercontinental Ballistic Missile ( ICBM ) Sarmat-2, which was named after the Sarmatian People - in South Russia - who were named after the Arabic word for Eternal, or Forever Lasting, which the West has codenamed - and shamelessly called - Satan-2. This is while they are preparing to bring the main force to bear on the Donbass. Also - see image under sources - they have responded to Europe's banning of letters by painting the full english alphabet onto their trucks. Incidentally my country - Hungary - will not ban letters, but if we would, we would still have these bad boys to fall back on : Á É Ó Ö Ő Ü Ű and Ú!
Japan - who just yesterday attempted to send "aid" to Kiev through India and was refused - has now designated the Southern Kuril Islands - Russian Territory since 1945 - as "illegally occupied" by Russia. Good luck, people of Nippon, with that. You might remember when current prime minister Fuming Fumio Kishida was elected and spoke loosely about the Islands, the Russian fleet emptied a massive arsenal to "welcome" him into office, as a historic reminder. There is small news around Poland and the Baltic States, but I think this paints a good enough birdseye image of the World Today.
The British bourgeoisie - in their little magazine that Lenin condemned, The Economist - is now dreaming of turning the Island province of Taiwan into a "porcupine" thus turning it "indigestible". This is their level of geopolitical analysis nowadays. So let's look at China, as we always do. Ukraine has been "making war" on Russia in the same way that Saddam was "making war" on the US prior to 2003 or Hamas "makes war" on Israel. Or, a more perfect analogy, in the way that Poland and Czechoslovakia "made war" on the Reich by "oppressing" the Sudeten Deutsch.
